Chowki Dhani Experience

After three days stay in Chowki Dhani, I am back to Aamchi Mumbai.

I really had blast there. Decor was all like a village. There was camel/elephant/horse ride, palmist, magician, local Rajasthani dance, giant wheel and many other game shows.

Few of the images with brief details are as follows:

TinuNidhi.jpg
Me and Tinu (he is from Delhi office, good friend of mine).

Me targeting on balloons

Enjoying the cocktail party

camel_ride.jpg
Camel, Me and Sumi (she is from Bangalore office). I must say camel ride is not so easy.

I really had splendid time there. I must have raised the economy of Jaipur, purchased so many things. I am almost bankrupt now.

Today the work load was bit more, didnt get much time to write a post about other things. Its time for me to go home, already 1745 hrs.

Hey, the pictures are in thumbnails. Anyway, welcome back.

Welcome back nidhi.”Raised the economy of jaipur” Wohhh!! Am already expecting a lot of gifts on my next visit to aamchi mumbai now :-) Enjoyy!!!

Looks like you had a great time there. Welcome back! Hey, upload some bigger pictures. Can hardly see anything in these.

I have uploaded to bigger images, although still they are not very clear. Generally, I prefer to use thumbnail pictures of mine. Most of the people say that I am not photogenic, LOL :)

Hi Nidhi ,
nice pictures !!! yesterday those were hardly clearly visible. i hope u enjoyed every moment thr.

Yes Dilip it was a good break from daily routine work.

In the cocktail party, I had Vodka with Lime and Mirinda. It was not bitter, so I had two glasses. I went straight back to my room and puked all nite. I was just praying that somehow the night get passed. It was very horrible experience. Beside that, I enjoyed every moment.

Do you have more photos of the resort? May be uploaded by someone else in your office? I just want to see how it is.

Ya I do have more pics but I couldnt understand uploaded by someone else in office. Do you want me to upload few more, lemme know then I will upload the pic’ of my room and resort.

I meant someone else also might have taken some pictures and posted them on flickr etc. Please do upload some more.

Hi Manish, I have tried upload another pics, but its not working. I dont know whether in my office anyone has blog, its very secret you know. I dont share my blog to the ppl I know personally. It gives me freedom to write anything.

Lets see, I will try to upload few more. It seems you really liked the place. :)

Try uploading them to flickr or some other photo sharing site. I have heard a lot about this place. I am planning to go there whenever I get time/leave.
You are right about keeping your blog secret. You don’t want to be fodder for office gossip. But since I write about technology etc., I can’t wait to tell everyone about my blog :-)

ok yes flickr is photo sharing site. Ya I will try to upload there. I have never used, but I have seen some of my cousins using flickr to share photos.

Yes I noticed you dont write very personal things in your blog. JV has written a nice post on this

I did not check this post and went commenting on ‘love marriage’. Now I understand where did the query of Manish come from.

More of kaul_nidhi_in’s photos

Oh My God, Manish now u can see the resort pic. I have uploaded the pics but it says that I have to paste the codes in the website I am using. Can I remove these codes from my comment box and still can able to use flickr site to share pics.

Thanks for the advice.

Thanks Nidhi. Yeah. You can remove all the junk code. Just keep the last line with the link (”More of Kaul” one).

Just saw the pictures. Looks like a beautiful resort. My sister used to study in Jaipur and she had praised it once or twice. So was just curious.

Ya resort is beautiful. Only prob’ we faced were the mosquitos, since it was in open area unlike commercial five star hotels. However “All- Out” was there in each room, we all were laughing as no one has seen mosquito repellent in hotels. Joke apart, nice resort.

Single occupany was somewhere Rs. 3500/- including Breakfast, lunch, dinner and conference package. Generally hotel ppl give good discount to corporates but not to indivisual.

Hi Nidhi , nice pictures r on flickr. i think resort must be beautiful n room also seems to be very good.

Dilip, Yes it is
