Two things - First, you have to give the link to the original article and say that you have taken it from there. There have been lots of instances like this where the bloggers got a bad name for not citing their resources. Second, you cannot reprint the full article without the explicit permission from the original publisher. You can print an excerpt but not the full thing.

Ya nidhi this statistical trend has been around for sometime now. But you know what..the difference just keeps increasing over the last few years.
You must have read that incident too that occured a few months back in mumbai where a mother left one of her new born twins in a railway station.
