Today I got to know that I have to prepare the office budget for next three month. Its not easy task, one really has to use all the brain to think where we have to spend and how much money we should put on the same. The budget should not increase the cost of the project and on the same hand it shouldnot be less otherwise it shows no activity been done in the project. I am looking forward to start that but I am waiting for a mail related to the same from my head office. I am in field office.
I am very excited to start but on the contrary, I know that I will made the budget and my senior will send the same using his name. If there will be any mistake or error then it will come as “Oh Nidhi has made this budget” and if its all correct then my senior will get all the credit. Its so unfair, I have always seen in most of the offices, the senior takes all the credit of the work which been done by their suboordinates.
If I will become Director someday, I will inform all my employees to report to me directly and if its not possible then I will tell everyone to put their own name under the report.
Now I will work on my budget thing, cursing my senior and the fucking office rules.
